Encanto Trade Center

It is a 35-story, 135m-high metal structure being built in Bayanzurkh district. Encanto Trade Center collaborated on the architectural design of the building to be the tallest metal structure with glass façade. Building planned to have an office tower and a residential tower with multi-use commercial service building and an indoor car parking at the base consisting of 8 story.
