NUKTH Naran Clubhouse

“Nuht Villa” is a tourist complex neighborhood with a total area of 3 hectares, located in the “Nukhtiin Am” area of Khan-Uul District. The features of the proposed project are modern architectural style clubhouse, 1 type of twin house, 3 types of town houses, there will be adequate indoor and outdoor parking spaces available for visitors. Each apartment or house will have an outdoor terrace, a landscaped area with greenery, a children’s playground, a 3x3 basketball court and a road planned to go around the complex avoiding an emergency if there is a fire. The masterplan is designed with 2 entrances and exits connecting to the main traffic to avoid traffic jam. The houses are placed so it absorbs at least 4 hours of sunlight throughout the day.
