25 Floor Mixed Use Complex

The project is a concept design located behind the main railway station of Ulaanbaatar, which is the largest transportation hub in Mongolia. It is the main station connecting Asia and Europe with footfall of 40,000 people per day and 1.2 million people per month. Therefore, the project was developed with great importance and planned to include a 22-25-story hotel, apartments, service center, and parking lot, which created easy access to shopping and entertainment services in the area. The station bus stop is one of the busiest bus stops in the capital. Due to the high traffic and density of the area, it is proposed to build 750 underground indoor parking spaces with private funds in order to improve the availability of parking spaces, which is a problem facing the society. With the implementation of this project, it will be possible to show the development of modern Ulaanbaatar to domestic and foreign tourists, improving the environment for the residents.
