MGL E&C Presents the “Hunnu City Administration Management, Information Center” Project at the COP17 Green Zone

The COP17 “Green Zone” hosted a knowledge and experience-sharing event focused on green building, energy-efficient solutions, renewable energy, green spaces, smart infrastructure, and environmentally responsible urban planning for the future development of Hunnu City.

As part of the event, MGL E&C presented the “Hunnu City Administration Management, Information Center” project, highlighting the green building strategies and key planning features incorporated into the design.

The project was presented by B. Erdenejin, Senior Architect at MGL E&C, who shared insights into the challenges encountered and solutions developed in planning a green building in accordance with LEED BD+C requirements, as well as the principles guiding the project’s design approach.

He emphasized that the concept of a green building extends far beyond the provision of green spaces and landscaping. Rather, it represents an integrated approach encompassing reduced energy consumption, efficient use of resources, enhanced indoor environmental quality, smart technologies, and the minimization of environmental impact throughout the building’s lifecycle.
